Just getting in touch with an update as I'm sure you're probably wondering things are at!

Well, I have some good news... and some bad news. The bad news is that we're working slightly behind the estimated schedule but the good news is that everything is looking amaaaaaazing. I think you are all going to be thrilled with what arrives on your doorstep though unfortunately that will be a little later than we originally anticipated. It turns out that editing and designing a book takes way longer than the actual writing of the book! That said, we're nearly there and it's looking really beautiful. At the moment I'm really hoping to still be able to dispatch prior to the holidays but if I'm being super realistic, it might well be January as there is still quite a bit to sort out. We're working as fast as we can though!

All the other goodies have been arriving or are scheduled to do so soon, and I'm so pleased with how they have turned out. Here are the stickers and bookmarks!

If you've ordered the Lunar Phase Cards Pack, your brand new oracle cards are being printed as we speak! The little packet I've designed for them is super cute and I think you'll love the journey that our wee mouse friend takes through the lunar cycle. Here's a sneaky peek of the artwork for one of the cards you may not have seen yet...

Nicola here, just dropping in to update you on progress with the project and to let you know that if you added extra items in the add-on store, your cards will be charged on 31 August! The charge will appear as Astraea Creative on your statement. We're not charging for shipping yet—this will probably happen in October/November, but we'll let you know in advance.

There are a handful of backers still to complete their survey so if that's you please please hop over to Backerkit and fill in your details as soon as possible. We don't have your address otherwise! We also need you confirm your items so that we know how many to order, it's really important that we have this information prior to 31 August! If you no longer have your survey email, you can click here for access.

A reminder too that many of the items in the add-on store are unlikely to be available later and if they are, will increase in price! Now is your chance to grab a bargain! You can still make changes to your order.



Most of my energy has been going into writing the remainder of the book since the end of crowdfunding campaign. It's going well and I'm on track to finish the first draft in the next few weeks, then I'll be editing the text before starting to design the layout. There's an awful lot to do but I'm still hoping to stick to the original timetable as best I can!

When you receive the email with the survey, please click the survey link to respond. 

The survey includes a few questions and asks for your shipping address—we'll use the information you provide to fulfil your rewards. Please fill it in as soon as possible! When completed, you'll get access to the backer only pre-order store where you can add all the extra goodies your heart desires!

As an extremely passionate astrologer, I can't wait to share my knowledge and help you to connect to your chart and your deck/book in a brand new way!

Oh! And if there's something that you'd like to see that hasn't been added, please get in touch and I'll see what I can do. For example, if there's a particular design or character you'd like as a print or on a t-shirt/tote/hoodie/mug, I can probably make that happen for you!

Thank you so much everyone! WE DID IT, WOOHOO! We're delighted that so many of you joined the campaign and will be helping to bring The Wild Way Oracle Book to life! It's really difficult to publish independently without a loyal following, and you've honestly made all the difference. We're so grateful for your support!

At this stage, we just wanted to let you know what will be happening next to keep you in the loop...

First, Backerkit will charge your cards. They will then transfer the funds which usually takes around two weeks.

Second, we'll need to collect your addresses. We’ll be sending a survey next month to gather this information. At this point you'll also be able to add more items if you like... everything from the campaign will be available there, along with a few new things (with special backer pricing) too!



We’ll give you a heads up before we send the survey so that you can keep an eye out for it. Please fill it out as soon as you can! It's important to submit your responses as quickly as possible as we need this information to process your rewards.

If you add additional items or upgrade your pledge, payment will not be taken right away. We'll send another update to let you know before we charge your card.

Another thing to note is that we won't be charging for shipping until much later in the year. As you'll appreciate, shipping rates continuously fluctuate plus it is quite challenging to estimate costs when the items we will be shipping don't actually exist yet! That said, if you aren't adding any additional items, we're confident that the final price you pay for shipping will be close to the estimates outlined on the campaign page.

Finally, we've included an easy-to-follow estimated timeline of the next few months, so you can see what we'll be up to as we work to get everything finalised. The aim is to get everything ready and out in the post so it arrives with you well in advance of the holiday season traffic! ✨
